New games now: Wuthering Waves and Dungeon Fighter top the charts, fresh Netflix releases and more

Wuthering Waves (Kuro Games) 

This open-world action RPG is out now. It’s available on Google Play and the App Store, but has gone straight to No.1 on the latter in several major markets, thanks in part to some prominent Apple featuring. 

Dungeon Fighter Origins (Tencent)

This is a huge, top-grossing PC game in China that’s just been released on mobile through Tencent. It’s still China-only, and immediately shot to the top of the App Store chart there.

Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit (Spry Fox) 

This Animal Crossing-like game from Spry Fox is open for pre-registration on both iOS and Android via the Netflix app. It’s launching on June 25.

Paper Trail (Newfangled Games) 

Newfangled Games’ paper-folding puzzle adventure is available now on mobile via the streaming service.

Katana Zero (Askiisoft) 

Five years after its initial release, this retro-themed hack-and-slash title is making its mobile debut via Netflix. 

Once Human (NetEase) 

PocketGamer.biz reports that mobile pre-registration is now open on mobile for this supernatural open-world survival game. The game has attracted 13m players on PC and is set for both Google Play and the App Store.

Dragon Quest Champions (Square Enix)

Gematsu reports that this mobile RPG title will be closing down on both iOS and Android in Japan in July. It originally made its debut in June 2023.
