Block Blast remains the game to beat at the top of the downloads chart, despite a second consecutive month-on-month download decline.
Yes, it’s down significantly from its most recent peak of over 38m installs in December, but it still generated nearly 4m more downloads than second-placed Free Fire in February.
Free Fire stays in second and is now regularly generating 20m+ downloads per month, while Roblox’s monthly downloads dipped below 20m for the first time since April 2025. Still, the UGC platform is still up a little year-on-year compared to February 2025, rising from 17.8m a year ago to nearly 19m last month.
After four consecutive months of download growth, Vita Mahjong is down a little, likely because February is a short month; it actually rose up the rankings two spots so all things being equal, this one’s still effectively growing.
Once again, February’s shorter month means it looks like the relentless-yet-steady trio of Subway Surfers, Pizza Ready and Ludo King took a hit, but they’re each effectively performing as well as they ever do in the 11-14m bracket.
Relative newcomer Tile Explorer is less predictable, with a big spike in downloads in July 2025 to 15.6m, a drop-off, then a relative rise in installs for the first two months of this year. Again, the short month makes it look like Learnings’ puzzler is down, but it’s effectively up a little on January.
PUBG Mobile and My Talking Tom 2 were the games to really rise up the rankings in February, jumping seven and five places respectively. Tencent’s battle royale whipped up extra interest with lunar new year, valentine’s day and Ferrari-related events, while Outfit7’s very steady pet sim simply seemed to benefit from other games’ relative decline to return to the top ten.

February’s 11th biggest download School Party Craft has hit big in Indonesia, India, Brazil and Mexico, though it is ad-funded so Appmagic’s estimates show literally zero IAP revenue, despite a lifetime download total of a whopping 269m.
Both Solitaire Associations Journey and Paper.io 2 tumbled out of the top ten last month, each dropping four places, while practically all of the rest of this 11-20 bracket have shown notable rises up the rankings, leapfrogging the likes of Arrows, Royal Kingdom, Township and LastWar, which all dropped month-on-month.
