Netflix: The streaming giant has a new creative strategist in Giorgio Giussani. He was previously a creative director and strategist at both Rovio and Sybo, and a strategist and art director at King.

Supercell: Former Voodoo and Moonlit Games lead game designer Niek Tuerlings has joined the Finnish mobile studio as a game designer.

Savvy Games Group: The Scopely owner has appointed Nika Pari Nour to the new role of senior vice president of international business development. She previously served as head of partnerships at Genvid Entertainment and EVP, sales and marketing at Game Jolt.

AppsFlyer: The marketing and analytics firm has appointed Gal Ekstein to the newly created position of chief business officer. He previously spent five and a half years as president and GM, EMEA and LatAm.

Unity: The engine maker has appointed Mark Feldman as SVP of corporate development and strategic partnerships. He formerly held similar roles at Yahoo and AOL, and also spent four years as senior director of business development at Xbox.

Krafton: The PUBG firm has hired Daksha Sharma as business development manager. She was previously senior publishing partner manager at Jagex and marketing manager at Wooga.

Warner Bros.: The president of Warner’s games division, David Haddad, is leaving the company after 12 years, Variety reports. He will stay on for the next three months as the Harry Potter firm looks for his successor and to help oversee the transition.

Xsolla: Having joined the payments firm in 2018 as country head for Korea, Jayden Lee’s fourth promotion has seen him appointed as executive vice president, APAC.

Serena Lipscomb has also been promoted to global public relations manager. She joined the company last April as PR manager for Europe, having previously spent four years at Spark Communications.

Krafton’s Sharma, Warner Bros’ Haddad, Xsolla’s Lee and Lipscomb, Metica’s Stolzenberg.

Metica: Phoenix Games co-founder and former Flaregames VP publishing Justin Stolzenberg has joined the user acquisition and monetisation platform as a co-founder.

FunPlus: Former Hangar 13 producer and Jagex senior producer Luis Dellinger has joined the State of Survival maker as senior producer.

Nordcurrent: The casual games developer and publisher has appointed Ada Mockutė Jaime as its new chief marketing officer, PocketGamer.biz reports. She previously led the marketing efforts at companies including Luminor Group, Citadele Bank and Zuper.

Bitkraft Ventures: The seed-stage investor for games and interactive media has appointed Anuj Tandon as partner, VentureBeat reports. He was previously CEO of gaming at JetSynthesys, and head of corporate development and investments for India and MENA regions at Krafton.

Sandsoft: The Saudi publisher has hired Pablo Gomez Utiel as its new lead game artist. He previously worked as a UI artist at Moon Active, 2D concept artist at Socialpoint, and senior 2D artist at Scopely.

LoopMe: The brand advertising and performance platform has recruited Maggie Mesa as senior VP, global supply,  following four years as SVP, global revenue and partnerships for Chartboost. Ex-Sam’s Club Media industry manager Gita Bhatia has joined the company as senior director, head of CPG. And 15-year Nielsen veteran Matthew Pagen has come on board as head of audience and measurement platform sales.

Playgap: Following five years at Unity, most recently as senior client partner, head of market, EMEA, Dominic Jacynas has joined Playgap as partnerships, monetisation and UA lead.

Kochava: The mobile measurement partner has appointed Justin Pak as its new North America sales director. He joins the company having previously held roles as a senior account executive, gaming at both Adjust and MobileAction.

TikTok: The social media platform has promoted Pedro Catarino from senior manager, gaming key accounts partnerships to head of partnerships, UK and Nordics, global gaming.

Zynga: Having joined the mobile gaming giant as a senior performance marketing manager in 2021, Ertan Duman has been promoted to lead performance marketing manager.

SciPlay: The games developer and publisher has promoted Shaked Fried to director of analytics. He joined the firm as analytics team lead in 2019, before becoming head of analytics in 2022.

Tripledot Studios: The Woodoku maker has promoted Karan Bhavnani from marketing manager to director of growth, and Andrea Cammarata from associate art director to art director.

Homa: Having joined the French firm as a publishing manager in 2020, a third promotion for Augustin Richard-Bréauté has seen him appointed as lead publishing.
