Minecraft Blast (King)

As reported yesterday, King and Mojang are testing this match 3 with a Minecraft-y meta in Malaysia on iOS only.

Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble (PlayStation Mobile)

This is “a fast-paced multiplayer platformer arena shooter”, published by PlayStation and developed by Frag Pro Shooter maker Oh BiBi in partnership with Ratchet & Clank creator Insomniac Games.

There’s no word on a release date yet, but players can pre-register now for a chance to participate in early access and a beta “soon”.

Horizon Steel Frontiers (NCsoft)

This new entry in PlayStation’s Horizon series promises to build on the franchise’s “signature hunting-action gameplay while introducing advanced MMORPG systems”.

Developed by NCsoft in collaboration with series creator Guerrilla Games, it’s a cross-platform, open world title coming to mobile and PC, although there’s no word on a release date yet.

Resident Evil Survival Unit (Aniplex)

This survival horror strategy game, which is co-developed by Aniplex and Joycity, will launch in 151 countries and regions on November 18, before releasing in additional territories later.

Apple Arcade adds SpongeBob, Subway Surfers, PowerWash Simulator, Cult of the Lamb, more

Headlining next month’s Apple Arcade releases is SpongeBob Patty Pursuit 2, which is the sequel to one of the subscription service’s biggest hits, according to the iPhone maker.

It will launch on December 4 alongside four other titles: PowerWash Simulator, Cult of the Lamb Arcade Edition, Subway Surfers+, and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm+.

Netflix Games 2.0: Red Dead Redemption, WWE, kids, party and puzzle games

As reported yesterday, Netflix’s big games reboot is being led by Red Dead Redemption (launching December 2), WWE 2K25 (TBC) and Netflix Puzzled (TBC).

An array of new kids titles are also live now, namely Lego Duplo, Barbie Color Creations, Toca Boca Hair Salon 4 and Paw Patrol Academy.

The streaming giant has also added a host of party games playable on your TV with your phone. They include Lego Party, Boggle Party, Party Crashers, Pictionary: Game Night and Tetris Time Warp.

Maneater (HandyGames)

The hit open-world action RPG, which sees players taking on the role of a shark which evolves as it feeds, is making the jump to mobile on December 15.

Sort Letters (Rovio)

This logic puzzle game from the Angry Birds maker sees players arranging numbered tiles to solve challenges. It has soft launched on iOS in the US, Appmagic reports.

Rainbow Six Mobile (Ubisoft)

After over six years in development, Ubisoft says it’s gearing up to launch this tactical first-person shooter worldwide soon.

Total War: Napoleon (Feral Interactive)

Blending turn-based strategy with real-time battles, this sees players stepping into the boots of (or facing off against) one of history’s greatest military minds. It launches on December 2, priced at $14.99.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor (Ghost Ship Publishing)

Following September’s PC and Xbox launch, this sci-fi auto-shooter survival game is out now on mobile. It costs $9.99 to unlock the full title.

Screw Bricks (Miniclip)

Appmagic says this 3D puzzle game, which challenges players to unscrew and sort colourful bolts, has soft launched on Google Play in the US, India and Puerto Rico.

Brick Blast – Ball Breaker (Miniclip)

This bricks and balls game from casual puzzle game-maker Easybrain has soft launched on Google Play in the US, India and Puerto Rico, according to Appmagic.

Subway Surfers Blast and Match (Sybo)

Web gaming portal Poki has added Subway Surfers Blast and Subway Surfers Match to its catalogue of titles.

Timelie (Snapbreak)

Players control time in this stealth puzzle adventure, which racked up over 600,000 pre-registrations. It’s available now priced at $5.99.

Grid Ranger (Pixeljam)

Following its Steam release earlier this year, this “hyperspeed synthwave shmuplike” has launched on iOS, priced at $2.99.

RPG Hero Seekers (Kemco)

This fantasy JRPG filled with classic turn-based battles is out now, priced at $9.99.

Pirates Outlaws 2: Heritage (Fabled Game)

This pirate-themed roguelike deckbuilder is coming to iOS, Android and Steam in December.

Space Hero: Invasion Shooter (SayGames)

Players battle hordes of space bugs in this sci-fi title, which blends survival and shooter gameplay. Having previously been available in Cyprus, Appmagic says it’s currently available on the App Store in soft launch in Belarus, Brazil, Poland and the US.
