Infinity Nikki (Infold Games)
Helmed by Nintendo and Legend of Zelda series veteran Kentaro Tominaga, this cozy open-world adventure game features platforming, puzzle-solving and dress-up gameplay. Having racked up over 30m pre-registrations, it will be released on December 5 for iOS, Android, PC and PS5.
Monster Hunter Outlanders (Capcom)
Co-developed by Tencent’s Timi studio and IP owner Capcom, this action RPG is being billed as a fully featured Monster Hunter game for mobile. Promising a “massive” open-world map, crafting gameplay, and a hunting experience playable solo or in a party of up to four players, it will also introduce a new character collection feature. Its iOS and Google Play release date hasn’t been set, but its makers say it’s “coming soon” and multiple beta tests are planned.
Resident Evil 2 (Capcom)

Featuring enhanced controls and a new auto fire feature, Capcom’s Resident Evil 2 remake is coming to iOS on December 10. Offering universal purchase and cross progression, it will be available on iPhone 16, iPhone 15 Pro models, and every iPad and Mac with the M1 chip or later. An in-app purchase will be required to unlock the full game after a free taster, but pricing has yet to be confirmed.
Codename Crime (Tencent)
Tencent is working on an open world, GTA-like game featuring solo play, co-operative heists, and PvP activities including races and shootouts, Game Look reports (via Niko Partners). According to Appmagic, the game was recently tested in North America and the Philippines.
Drest (Drest Ltd)
Players dress and style models using designer gear and makeup in this fashion game, which is out now for iOS and Android.
Dustbunny: Emotions to Plants (Dustbunny Game)
This is a cozy, mental health-focused game in which players collect, grow and nurture rare plants that represent emotions.
Live now on Apple Arcade
Four games dropped on Apple Arcade last week. They were daily quiz game Wheel of Fortune Daily (from Frosty Pop), car battler Drive Ahead! Carcade (Dodreams), retro mashup Arkanoid vs Space Invaders+ (Taito Corporation) and card and casino game Texas Hold’em Poker: Pokerist+ (KamaGames).
Coming to Apple Arcade soon

Apple has announced a dozen more mobile games headed to Arcade over the next couple of months. Talking Tom Blast Park (Outfit7), Boggle: Arcade Edition (Zynga), Pac-Man 256+ (Bandai Namco), Hot Wheels: Race Off+ (Hutch Games) and Barbie Colour Creations+ (StoryToys Limited) will join the service on December 5.
They’ll be followed by Final Fantasy IV 3D Remake+ (Square Enix) and Final Fantasy IV: The After Years+ (Square Enix) on December 9. Three Kingdoms Heroes (Koei Tecmo), Final Fantasy+ (Square Enix), Trials of Mana+ (Square Enix), Rodeo Stampede+ (Featherweight Games) and It’s Literally Just Mowing+ (Protostar) will hit Arcade on January 9.
