Rainbow Six Mobile & The Division Resurgence (Ubisoft)

Ubisoft confirmed within its latest financial report yesterday that two of its forthcoming big-brand shooters have been delayed. Neither Rainbow 6 Mobile nor The Division Resurgence will go global before March 2025 at the earliest, said Ubisoft, which has previously been beta testing both games in selected markets and had slated the games for release in 2024.

‘Multiplayer Squid Game title’ (Netflix)

Tucked away in Netflix’s latest financial results was the confirmation that it would be releasing “a multiplayer game based on the Squid Game universe later this year”.

No other details were given, but given the series’ theme of groups of players competing for a prize, we’d speculate that the game in question is being made by Netflix’s party/social game studio, which as we reported last summer was hiring top talent in order to “push the boundaries of what it means to connect with other members through games on Netflix”.
