Moon Active is to acquire Zen Match and its development team from Good Job Games for as much as $150m, according to a report in the Israeli tech press.
CTech reports that the deal is worth between $100-150m, and includes Zen Match and its Istanbul-based development team. Good Job Games will remain independent.
The CTech report also suggests that the game has over 1m DAU, and is believed to generate over $100m annually.
