Antihero Studios: The start-up studio has hired two big names from Supercell, Douglas Portugal and Fernanda Romano. Portugal is now marketing and growth lead at Antihero, having previously spent 12 years at the Clash of Clans maker before taking a career break in 2024. His most recent role at Supercell was global marketing manager.

Romana joins Antihero as an advisor, having most recently served at Supercell as CMO. Prior to that Romano served as King’s SVP and chief marketing officer.

Supercell: Bruno Malta de La Plata has joined the Finnish firm as new games founder and creative lead, moving over from Aristocrat’s Northern Stars Studio. He has also previously worked at EA Helsinki. Minwoo Lee is also a new starter at the Finnish firm, joining as game lead. Lee has previously worked in senior roles at Pixel United, Dodreams, EA Helsinki and Rovio. Eric Bolitho has also joined the Clash of Clans maker as monetisation manager, moving over from his role as product manager at Metacore.

55 West Ventures: This new investment and advisory firm is headed up by former App Store boss Matt Fischer, who worked at Apple for over 20 years. The firm has a couple of notable game development clients, including Block Blast maker Hungry Studio and UA firm Metica.

Niantic/Scopely: The Pokémon Go maker has a new SVP for games, Jori Pearsall. He rejoins Scopely having previously worked there as product SVP and studio GM. He was most recently chied business officer at Tala, and has also worked at Gree and Google.

NetEase: Yingfeng Ding has retired from his position as EVP and head of the Chinese giant’s Interactive Entertainment Group. Ding spent 23 years at the company and will remain a consultant at NetEase.

Rovio: After six years at Outfit7, Miloš Stojaković has been appointed design director at the Angry Birds maker. Stojaković was previously senior director of game design at the Talking Tom maker. Rovio has also promoted Ivana Davidov to head of marketing after a year as product marketing lead.

Roblox: Meric Atesalp is now senior product manager and product advocate at the UGC platform. He moves over from a role at Zynga as senior product manager.

Tripledot: Kardelen Korkmaz has moved over from her role as technical artist at Coin Master maker Moon Active to take up the same position at Tripledot Studios.

Trailmix: Yuval Lev and Ivan Aguilar have joined the Love & Pies maker as director of product and design and game data lead respectively. Lev moves to Trailmix from his role as Playtika’s director of product, while Aguilar previously worked in data analysis at Tactile Games.

Appcharge: Tomer Shoh has joined the webshop firm as senior product manager, having previously cofounded and hearing loss app Tunefork. Appcharge has also appointed Natalie Nezry as its new QA manager, who joins from Zoominfo.

Hasbro: Paul Della Bitta is the new boss at Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast digital division. Della Bitta is previously worked at Blizzard and Superplay, and also co-founded Dreamhaven.

Stash: The webshop firm’s new head of performance is Trung Trinh, who moves over from a role as head of product at web3 firm Infinigods. Trinh also previously worked in senior roles at Scopely, Machine Zone and Perfect World.

Ares Interactive: The US publisher has hired Franklin Santos as its new UA creative producer. Santos previously worked at Epic as paid media creative manager.

Trailmix’s Lev and Aguilar, Appcharge’s Shoh, Stash’s Trinh, Ares’ Santos.

King: Liza Dobrovoljc has been promoted to product director on Candy Crush Soda Saga after over seven years at the firm, working through roles in events, production and product management.

Lego Digital Play: The toy maker’s new London-based gaming arm has promoted Lydia King to game designer. King was joined the firm in June 2025 as program manager, and has also worked as a freelance narrative designer and product manager at Scopely.

Playtika: The Israeli publisher has promoted Yair Barzilay to director of product. He steps up from his role as group product manager and has worked at the company for nearly five years. Etai Itzhaki has also stepped up at Playtika, moving from senior product manager to product team lead.

Aghanim: Conor McLaughlin has stepped up to the position of chief revenue officer at the webshop firm founded by former Xsolla execs. McLaughlin moves up from overseeing EU and US revenue and partnerships, and previously held senior roles at Liftoff and Vungle.

Raptor: The PR firm has hired Chris Redgrave as business development executive. Redgrave joins from Phokou Digital.

Playstudios: Tomer Rainitz has been promoted from lead product manager to director of product management at the Tetris Block Party maker.
