EA: New director of product marketing Fabien-Pierre Nicolas-Kim has joined from game developer Titan AI, which he founded last year. He also previously worked as associate brand manager at Ubisoft, marketing director at DeNA, general manager of mobile at Perfect World Entertainment and VP marketing at App Annie.

GameFlex Consultants: This newly launched consultancy was co-founded by Guy Pearce and Martin Wein. Pearce previously served as director of brand and creative production at Jagex, brand marketing director at Hutch and director of product growth at NaturalMotion. Wein also worked at Jagex as a senior brand manager, was director of global marketing for 2K Sports, and served as VP of brand at Immersive Gamebox.

EA’s Nicolas-Kim, GameFlex Consultants’ Pearce and Wein, PeopleFun’s Young, Tactile Games’ Degara.

PeopleFun: The Wordscapes maker has appointed Joseph Young as director of product management. He joins from ForeVR, where he was VP of games. Prior to that, Young was senior director of product management for MobilityWare’s card games.

Tactile Games: The Lily’s Garden maker has hired Norberto Degara as its first chief of data analytics. He has been in the games industry since 2020, first as VP of analytics at Socialpoint, and more recently as senior director of data analytics at Zynga.

Trailmix Games: The Love & Pies maker has hired Ellie Gardiner as a game designer. She also previously held designer roles at Lively Studio and Exient Publishing.

Reforged Studios: The games publishing business has named Keith Chaudhary as its new head of finance and Lara Brown as business operations manager. Chaudhary most recently spent three-and-a-half years as group financial controller at Devolver Digital, while Brown joins from middleware firm Kythera AI, where she was an operations lead.

Trailmix’s Gardiner, Reforged’s Chaudhary and Brown, Voodoo’s Lutz, Supercell’s Alvim.

Voodoo: The French games firm has a new general manager in Matthieu Lutz. The former Deloitte consultant has had a series of promotions since joining the company as senior publishing manager in 2020.

Supercell: Having joined the Finnish development studio in April as a social media and reputation worker, Pedro Alvim has been promoted to marketing lead.

Google: Former product marketing manager Simay Sena Karaağaç has relocated from Istanbul to New York to take on the role of strategy and operations manager. She joined the Android firm as a business intern in 2020, and also previously worked as associate product marketing manager, apps and gaming.

Stillfront: The Swedish roll-up firm is on the hunt for a new CEO following this month’s ousting of Jörgen Larsson. Alexis Bonte has been appointed as interim CEO. He has been with the company since 2017 and most recently served as president publishing and business acceleration.

Google’s Karaağaç, Stillfront’s Bonte, Netflix’s Shroff, Mag’s Ngo, AppLovin’s McCray.

Netflix: As reported last week, the streaming giant has hired Jeet Shroff as VP for game technology and portfolio development. He joins from Epic, where he was VP for game development, and has previously worked in senior roles at Sony Santa Monica, Avalanche, Ubisoft and more.

Shroff joins amid a bit of a reshuffle at Netflix with the disbanding of ‘Team Blue’, which was making a live service action game. That team included former Overwatch lead Chacko Sonny, God of War art director Rafael Grassetti, Halo creative director Joseph Staten and ex-Coalition tech lead Jerry Edsall.

Mag Interactive: The casual games firm has hired Alice Ngo to take care of its Stockholm office while regular office manager Sofia Broman is on parental leave.

AppLovin: Former senior client partner Brandon McCray has joined the marketing giant’s ecommerce team as a senior business development manager.
