Super Evil Megacorp: The Vainglory, Catalyst Black and TMNT: Splintered Fate developer has appointed Ian Fielding as its new CEO. The move means former boss Kristian Segerstrale steps into the role of chair at the developer.
NextBeat: As we reported this morning, NextBeat is the new home of music games Beatstar and Country Star. It has spun out from Space Ape after its sale to Supercell, and has taken many of Space Ape’s former staff with it.
That includes CEO Simon Hade, cofounder Olly Barnes, CFO Joe Adams, bizdev lead Derek De Filippo and head of operations Imogen Turner, among others. Former Kwalee marketer Ryan Davies has also joined the firm as head of growth.

Stillfront: The Swedish games firm has appointed Todd Heringer as executive VP of business area North America, and Kieran O’Leary as executive VP of growth platform. Former Backflip Studios head Heringer was most recently SVP head of operations at Big Fish Games, while ex-Rovio COO O’Leary joins from Gameloft, where he was chief revenue officer.
Alexandre Salem has also been promoted to executive VP for MENA & APAC, following three years as senior VP operations / general manager at the roll-up firm. And Andreas Uddman is stepping down as group CFO. He’ll stay in his role until his successor takes over or until July 2025.
Exient: Having previously served in business development and advisory roles at the likes of Criterion, Codemasters, NaturalMotion and Tag Games, Paul Topping has joined the Lemmings and Ultimate Sackboy maker as chief commercial officer.
Netflix: VP of external games Leanne Loombe is leaving the streaming firm, where she has headed up 2nd/3rd party development and publishing for over three years, PocketGamer reports.

Trailmix Games: The Love & Pies maker has hired Shayan Amiri as a senior economy designer. He previously worked as a game lead at Medrick Games and as a product manager at Product Madness. And former Revolut office manager Marni Watkinson has taken on the same role at the company.
Azra Games: The studio formed by many of the makers of Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes has appointed David Shin as director of product management. Shin previously held similar roles at Sega, EA and most recently Scopely.
Gameloft: The Disney Dreamlight Valley maker has named company veteran Aurelien Lavaud global business development director. He joined the firm as a game producer in 2010 and has enjoyed a succession of promotions over the last 15 years.
Epic Games: The Fortnite maker has appointed Mike Wallis as director of product management, online social. They previously held similar positions at Blizzard and PlayStation.

Com2us: The Summoners War maker has named Seongjun Kim as CEO of its US business. He joins the company following a short stint at car manufacturer Hyundai, before which he spent almost 13 years at Krafton, where he headed up publishing operations for the Americas.
Electronic Arts: Former Jam City and Big Fish Games app store optimisation manager Parv Bhargava is now heading up ASO at EA.
AppLovin: The marketing giant has hired former MobileAction account manager Mehmet C. as analyst, business development. After nearly six years with the company, Emre Gercel has also been promoted to VP, business development and market intelligence at Lion Studios.
FunPlus: There are three new hires at the State of Survival maker’s Lisbon studio. Senior character artist Caterina Zamai previously held the same position at Sharkmob. Junior tech designer Tomás Longo comes on board from Gunzilla, where they served as tech designer. And former Ubisoft senior level designer Petru Ghiorghita has taken on the same title at his new employer.

Tactile Games: There are four new hires at The Lily’s Garden maker. Senior level designer Cenkan Cengiz has joined from Magic Games, where he was a senior product specialist. New 2D animator Erman Seles previously held the same role at Dream Games. Game monetisation manager Said Bahçeci has come on board from Gram Games, where they held a similar role. And Julia Gomez S-Giron has joined as product manager for ad monetisation, having previously worked at HelloFresh, Yahoo and Verizon.
Deca: Having previously held the same role at Lockwood Publishing, Jam City and TreasureHunt, Müge Arıkut Sağlam has been appointed senior product manager at the Embracer-owned, Berlin-based publisher.
Miniclip: The Tencent-owned developer and publisher has promoted former Rollic marketing boss Kemal K. to head of user acquisition.
Azur Games: After five years with the hyper-hybridcasual powerhouse, former Gismart and Asodesk business development manager Sergey Marcinkiewicz has been promoted to head of publishing and strategic partnerships.

AppAgent: The Czech data firm has appointed Alara Özçam as marketing manager. They previously worked as B2B marketing and business development manager at Admiral Media and demand generation manager at MobileAction.
Pocket Worlds: Following six years in marketing positions at Wargaming, Ross Falk has joined the Highrise maker as senior marketing manager.
52 Entertainment: The Parisian game publisher has a new ASO manager in Victor Louat, who previously served as app store optimisation specialist at Betclic. And former Oh BiBi marketing artist Jialing JC has assumed the same role at the Virtual Regatta maker.
Sensor Tower: The analytics giant has promoted Billy Brake from an account director to sales director, gaming, EMEA.
Forerunner: The venture capital firm has promoted former Naavik and LinkedIn employee Fawzi Itani from investor to principal.
Kooply: The Tel Aviv-based game platform has appointed Ariel Krieger as game economy lead. They were previously lead game economy and monetisation designer at CrazyLabs and head of game economy at Ten Square Games.
Neon: Former Coda Labs and Sanlo head of marketing Andrew Dubatowka has taken on the same position as the D2C platform provider.
