Warner Bros. Games: The media giant has hired Vince Vanasin as its new VP of mobile publishing. He moves over from Crunchyroll, where he was VP of games publishing, and previously worked as VP and head of mobile publishing at 2K.
NCsoft: The Korean company is launching a mobile casual games division led by a new hire, senior vice president Anel Ceman, GamingonPhone reports. He previously worked as VP of monetisation at Tripledot Studios, VP of ad monetisation at Wildlife Studios, and deputy VP of advertising and store relations at Outfit7.
Outfit7: After 10 years at the Talking Tom & Friends maker, where he was most recently VP of creative functions and R&D, Helder Lopes is building a new team in the role of head of arcade games at Outfit7’s newly formed PlayValley Division.

Supercell: Drussila Hollanda has been appointed the Finnish firm’s first head of new games. A former Rovio and Digital Chocolate game designer and ex-Wooga product lead, Hollanda previously spent eight years at Supercell, during which she worked as the live game lead of farming title Hay Day and founded the coding school Hive Helsinki.
Sybo: The Subway Surfers maker has appointed Rafael Rodrigues as studio director. He most recently held the same role at Miniclip, where he also previously served as product director on 8 Ball Pool.
Playtika: The Israeli developer and publisher has appointed Nadav Moshes as head of strategic platforms and partnerships. He’s been with the company for four years, and previously served as product and market insights team lead.
Trailmix: There are two new hires at the Love & Pies maker. Former Gram Games senior UX/UI designer Zheng Nan has joined as a senior UI artist, while ex-Jagex QA analyst Rosie Winstanley has come on board as a senior QA analyst.
Bravestars Games: Duc Le has been promoted from CGO to CEO.

Fumb Games: Former Miniclip lead performance marketing designer and ex-Zynga creative strategy lead Emma Clarkson-Short has joined the UK mobile studio as creative strategist and marketing designer.
Appcharge: The DTC platform has hired Rachel Gedalyoviche as senior brand designer. She most recently held the same role at Artist.
Jagex: The RuneScape maker has brought in Dawnesh Mistry as senior vice president of strategy, GamingonPhone reports. He has previously served as the director of strategy and investment at Huuuge Games, and as a senior associate in Citigroup’s TMT investment banking team.
Tencent: The Chinese tech giant has hired Ahmad Suliman as senior product operations manager at in-game currency platform Midasbuy. He joins from GameScape, where he served as senior marketing and content consultant.
Kayzen: The mobile demand-side platform has promoted Tomás Yacachury from strategic partnerships lead to the role of global supply and partnerships lead.
