Candy Crush Solitaire (King)

As reported last week, this Candy Crush-infused TriPeaks solitaire game is coming to the App Store and Google Play on February 6. It’s open for pre-registration now on both stores.

Dark and Darker Mobile (Krafton)

GamesBeat reports that the mobile edition of cult PC hit Dark and Darker, in development at PUBG maker Krafton, is soft launching in Canada on February 5.

It’ll then be rolled out globally in phases “during the first half of the year”, the report says.

Rainbow Six Mobile (Ubisoft)

Ubisoft has said it is opening up its soft-launched mobile shooter in France. The publisher said it would be released on home turf ‘soon‘, and it is working with local influencers on video content around the new territory launch.

There’s still no firm global launch date yet, but a post on the R6 Mobile subreddit a couple of months ago said the game is still on ‘the road to global launch’.

Live now on Apple Arcade

Six mobile titles dropped on Apple Arcade last week. Two new exclusives, the skateboarding game Skate City: New York (from Snowman) and the chess-like strategy game Three Kingdoms Heroes (Koei Tecmo), were joined by Square RPG duo Final Fantasy+ and Trials of Mana+, cowboy game Rodeo Stampede+ (Featherweight) and lawnmowing game It’s Literally Just Mowing+ (Protostar).

Coming soon to Apple Arcade

Three more games will join the subscription service on February 6. They are officially-licensed golf title PGA Tour Pro Golf (HypGames), platforming adventure Doodle Jump 2+ (Lima Sky) and farming simulator My Dear Farm+ (HyperBeard).

Airstrike Assault (FunPlus)

FunPlus keeps rolling out beta tests, and in this latest one players are tasked with obliterating famous landmarks with missiles. It soft launched on the App Store in 59 markets, but is no longer available, according to Appmagic.

Chess & Checkers Offline Game (Miniclip)

Featuring two classic board games, this offline app has soft launched for Android in 29 markets, according to Appmagic.

Dragon Quest X Offline (Square Enix)

Premium game Dragon Quest X Offline and expansion The Sleeping Hero and the Guiding Ally have been released for iOS and Android in Japan, Gematsu reports.

The game also recently soft launched on iOS in nine other Asian markets, but is no longer available, according to Appmagic. There’s no word on plans for a western release, but the console and PC versions of Dragon Quest X, which arrived in September 2022, have never launched outside of Asia.

Cassette Beasts (Raw Fury)

Following a lengthy delay, this monster-collecting RPG is out now for iOS, priced at $6.99. Lower-end iOS devices aren’t supported, and unlike the PC and console versions, the mobile release doesn’t support multiplayer. The game was also set to hit Android on January 15, priced at $5.99, but has been delayed.

Crashlands 2 (Butterscotch Shenanigans)

This open-world crafting RPG sequel will hit iOS, Android and Steam on April 10, with cross-platform saves and a $24.99 price tag.

Gods & Demons (Com2us)

This idle RPG from the Summoners War maker is available now on Google Play and the App Store.
