Rainbow Six Mobile (Ubisoft)
Having resumed soft launch in mid-November, Ubisoft has completed a technical test of new features for its multiplayer FPS. In the new year it will begin phase two of a three-part pre-release plan by launching a player engagement test designed to assess how enjoyable the new features are.
ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition (Snail Games)
This adaptation of 2017’s open-world dinosaur survival game, which includes all of its expansion packs, is out now for iOS and Android.
Grid Legends Deluxe Edition (Feral)
Including all the DLC from the original console and PC release, Codemasters’ racing game is now available for iOS and Android. Priced at $14.99, it’s playable on iPhone 12 and 13 Pro models, iPhone 14 and newer, and on Android phones with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Gen 3 chips.
EA Sports FC Empires (EA)
As first reported in this week’s soft launch games update, this more strategic take on EA Sports FC asks the player to build, as the title suggests, a footballing empire. Appmagic says it is available in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Merge Plaza (Metacore)
As first reported in this week’s soft launch games update, following on from Grandma’s Solitaire Secrets’ soft launch, Merge Mansion maker Metacore now has this new merge-and-makeover game in soft launch too. Appmagic says it is currently only available on Google Play in Australia and Canada.
Tile Tales: Pirate (NineZyme)
This pirate-themed sliding-tile puzzle game is out now for iOS and Android, priced at $3.99. It’s also coming to PC and consoles next year.
Word Code – Crossword Puzzle (Easybrain)
This puzzle game, which fuses crosswords and cryptograms, has soft launched on Google Play in the United States and India, according to Appmagic.
Apeiron: Godling Genesis (Foonie Magus)
Mixing god game, roguelike and card battling elements, this web3 title has made the jump from PC to iOS and Android. It’s currently available in Hong Kong, Japan, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines, and there are plans to roll it out in other markets such as the US, China, and Latin America in 2025.
Unveil the World (NetEase)
A closed beta test for this tactical fantasy RPG, which was announced at Tokyo Game Show in September 2022, is currently being held for 3,000 participants on iOS and Android.
Sudoku Jigsaw – puzzling.com (AppyNation)
This daily logic puzzle game offering a twist on classic Sudoku has soft launched for iOS in the UK and the Philippines, according to Appmagic.
