The latest take on classic endless runner Subway Surfers, which Sybo claims is the most downloaded game of all time, features a new art style and a modern city setting, alongside fresh gameplay mechanics and modes. It’s open for pre-registration now ahead of its global launch on February 26.

One Punch Man: World (Perfect World Games)

This open-world action game adapted from the popular anime series will be shutting down on February 27. It has been pulled from app stores and in-game purchases have been disabled ahead of its closure.

New Angry Birds ‘luck battle’ game (Rovio/Oh BiBi)

Series creator Rovio says it’s working on the “first ever Angry Birds luck battle game” in partnership with Paris-based Frag Pro Shooter maker Oh BiBi.

Civilization VII headlines February’s Apple Arcade games

Following last year’s PC and console release, the latest entry in popular turn-based strategy series Civilization comes to mobile via Apple Arcade next month.

It will launch on February 5 alongside new rhythm game Felicity’s Door and colourful puzzle game I Love Hue Too+.

Aniimo (Kingsglory Games)

A second closed beta for this creature-catching open-world action RPG will begin on January 23, ahead of its console, PC and mobile release in 2026.

A Webbing Journey (Future Friends Games)

This physics-based web building adventure is out now on Android, with an iOS release coming soon. It’s free to start and levels can be purchased individually or played by watching ads.

Sea of Stars (Playdigious)

This RPG drops on April 7 on iOS and Android. Developed by Sabotage Studio, it’s in pre-reg now ahead of its $9.99 launch.
