Game of Thrones: Legends RPG (Zynga)
After a long time in soft launch, Zynga’s big-brand puzzle-RPG has gone live worldwide on iOS and Android.
Garden Joy: Design Game (Scopely)
This is Scopely’s take on Design Home or Redecor, but for gardeners. It had been in and out of soft launch on iOS and Android since mid-2022, but finally went global last week.
Dark and Darker Mobile (Krafton)
Korean games giant Krafton announced this week it is running a global beta test for its upcoming RPG between August 1 and August 11 in the US, Japan, Türkiye, and South Korea on both iOS and Android.
Mortal Kombat Onslaught (Warner Bros)
Warner has removed its bloody mobile fighting game from both the App Store and Google Play, according to a post from the title’s Twitter account. In-app purchases are being disabled on August 23 ahead of the title shutting down entirely on October 21. It is being euthanised just one year after its release, and there are reports swirling that the mobile studio responsible has been shuttered.
Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance (Ironhide)
Ironhide’s latest tower defence game is out now worldwide on iOS and Android for $6.99.
New to Netflix
The streaming giant has released three new games in the last week or so. Indie puzzle romp Arranger, spicy dating title Too Hot to Handle 3 and imaginatively-named arcade sports game, Sports Sports.
Netflix also confirmed this week that RPG The Dragon Prince: Xadia is coming to the service on July 30.
Sonority (Application Systems Heidelberg)
This musical puzzle adventure title is out now globally for iOS only.
Tribe Nine (Akatsuki)
Gaming On Phone reports that this free-to-play action RPG is coming to iOS and Android. There’s no word on a launch date yet, but there is a closed beta for the PC version between August 9 and 15.
