Apple has confirmed its Arcade line-up for May, with two new titles and two catalogue games being added to the service.
Characters from Family Guy, American Dad, King of the Hill and more star in Warped Kart Racers, launching on May 20. It’s from Electric Square, maker of fellow Arcade title Detonation Racing. Players can pick from 20 available characters and race around 16 maps drawn from the various animated series in both a single player campaign and up to eight-player multiplayer matches.
Badland Party, a multiplayer spin on the side-scrolling physics-driven Badland games, is coming from HypeHype (formerly Frogmind) this Friday, May 6. It is built around local and online multiplayer modes, with sessions hosting up to four players. Apple says the game also has new worlds, boss fights and cooperative puzzles to tackle.
New to the ‘App Store Greats’ catalogue are Goat Simulator+ from Coffee Stain Malmö, coming on May 13, and iWare Designs’ Pro Darts 2022+ on May 27.
