Jam City: Co-founder and CEO Joshua Yguado is stepping away from the Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery maker.

Yguado led the firm for 16 years, and will be replaced by Chul-min Sim as CEO. Sim, a former Netmarble US boss, will also continue to serve in his current role as CEO of Kabam, which he has held for three years.

Scopely: Former Playtika head of technology projects Kobi Pri-Cerem has joined the Monopoly Go maker as VP business operations.

The firm has also appointed Lynsey Ng as principal product manager. She joins from Global Worldwide, where she was director of product and live ops for Kingdom Maker.

Niantic: The Pokémon Go maker, now owned by Scopely, has hired William Wang as a product manager. He joins from Second Dinner, where he served as associate product manager.

Activision: Following almost five years as Rec Room’s lead product manager for AI and UGC, Sabrina Yihong Chen has joined the Microsoft-owned game-maker as a senior product manager on COD: Mobile.

Activision’s Yihong Chen, Netflix’s Pope, Supercell’s Yau and Barannikov, Socialpoint’s Ustek.

Netflix: Ex-Fortnite director of design Christopher Pope has taken on an unspecified role at the streaming giant’s gaming arm. Prior to five years at Epic, Pope spent 15 at Ubisoft.

Supercell: Justin Yau has been appointed as an investment professional within the Finnish firm’s investment arm. He was previously a private equity senior associate at Onex and an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan.

Elsewhere at the Clash of Clans maker, former marketing data and tech team lead Konstantin Barannikov has been promoted to head of marketing data and analytics.

Socialpoint: Former TapNation user acquisition manager Irem Ustek has joined the Dragon City maker as senior UA manager.

Moon Active: The Coin Master maker has appointed Matan Carmi as product monetisation manager. He was previously a monetisation manager at Papaya.

CrazyLabs’s Radojcin, Loom’s Albayrak, Gamehouse’s Schonfelder, Moloco’s Ostroff, Ares’s Takeuchi.

CrazyLabs: The Coffee Mania and Bus Frenzy maker has hired Danilo Radojcin as senior game designer. He previously held the same role at Two Desperados, and more recently he was a game designer at Nordeus.

Loom Games: The Pixel Flow maker has appointed Efecan Albayrak as marketing manager. He was previously a growth manager at TaleMonster Games, Imaginite Studios and Good Job Games.

Gamehouse: The Delicious series maker has hired Fein Games founder Lea Schonfelder as director of creative user experience. She joins from King, where she served as associate director game designer.

Moloco: The AI advertising company has appointed Dawn Ostroff to its board of directors. The ex-president of Conde Nast entertainment and former chief content and advertising business officer at Spotify has also served on the boards of Paramount, Mattel and Activision Blizzard.

Ares Interactive: The Texas-based outfit founded by former Glu Mobile CEO Niccolo De Masi has promoted Luke Takeuchi from senior executive producer to vice president of studios.
