Project Rise (Supercell)

Supercell’s long-in-gestation action RPG spin-off of Clash of Clans seems to be edging closer to launch: the Finnish firm is opening a beta test for Project Rise beginning August 19, which runs until September 2.

The project was first revealed as Clash Heroes way back in 2021, but it was rebooted and renamed in 2024 as Project Rise. There’s been very little news on the title since.

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed (THQ Nordic Mobile)

Snapshot Games’ mobile port of Purple Lamp’s 3D platformer remake launches on iOS and Android on September 16, priced at $15.99. It’s now open for pre-orders.

Dave the Diver (Mintrocket)

Mintrocket’s hit RPG-management sim launches on iOS and Android on September 17, complete with the Dredge and In the Jungle DLC packs included at launch.

Goat Simulator 3 (Coffee Stain North)

Coffee Stain North’s open-world sandbox sequel is now available on Android through Google Play Pass, bundling the base game with all its free seasonal content updates.

Little Kitty, Big City (Double Dagger Studio)

Double Dagger Studio’s cat-adventure hit, which has sold over 10m copies on PC and console, is coming to mobile later this year. There’s no firm release date yet, but a first trailer is out now.

SoulTerra Odyssey (Bandai Namco Entertainment)

This new soft lainch from Bandai Namco appears to be a midcore match 3D roguelite RPG. It was soft-launched August 6 and is currently live only in the Philippines.

Slots & Daggers (Future Friends Games)

Indie developer Friedemann’s slot machine roguelike, published by Future Friends Games, is already a hit on Steam with 300,000 copies sold. It’s coming to iOS and Android on August 17.

Greedy Greedy Gnomes (Future Friends Games)

Indie dev Nautlander’s incremental pot-breaking RPG is out now on PC via Steam ($5.99/£5.29/€6.15) and Android via Google Play ($3.99/£3.59). There’s no news on an iOS version as yet.

Azur Promilia (Nexon)

This open-world anime RPG from Nexon is currently in pre-order and looks slated for a soft launch only in South Korea.

小冰冰斗蛐蛐 (Farlight)

This appears to be a midcore auto-battler from Shanghai Lilith’s Farlight label, spun off from the studio’s existing “Xiao Bingbing” IP.

The game is in pre-registration and it looks like it has soft launched in China only ahead of an wider October 31 release. No official English title has been announced yet.

Kaboomania (Fancy Factory)

Fancy Factory’s retro maze-bomber is out now on iOS, alongside PC, console and original Amiga hardware, with a soundtrack from Amiga composer Chris Huelsbeck.

Cueva de las Manos (Philipp Stollenmayer)

An Apple Vision Pro puzzle game that 3D scans your living room into a Stone Age cave, Cueva de las Manos lets you solve shadow-based physics puzzles with your own hands. It’s out now, only on Apple’s Vision Pro store.
