Netflix has confirmed its October games line-up: indie game Spiritfarer and casual titles Nailed It! Baking Bash and Hello Kitty Happiness Parade.
Canadian studio Thunder Lotus Games’ Spiritfarer is pitched as a ‘cosy management sim about dying’, and attracted critical acclaim when it was first released on PC and console.

Nailed It! Baking Bash is a casual title in which players compete to create cakes, and is based on the Netflix show. There’s little info and no assets for Hello Kitty: Happiness Parade, but Netflix did provide this blurb: “Create a grand spectacle with Hello Kitty and friends. Make new allies and lean on your abilities to avoid traps that can rain on your parade!”

There’s no word in the press info about the much-delayed Immortality, which was originally slated for July, or indeed Twelve Minutes, which appears to have been announced accidentally a few months back.
Netflix is about to release Ustwo Games’ Desta: The Memories Between on September 27. For more on that game, Monument Valley 3 and what’s next for the London studio, have a read of our interview with chief creative officer Danny Gray here.
