Aghanim: The fintech firm has appointed Conor McLaughlin as vice president of revenue and partnerships for the Americas and Europe. He joins from Liftoff, where he served as head of new business. Previously he was also director of business development at Vungle and partnerships director at Jun Group.

Voodoo: The French games firm has hired Tom Laniado as senior game designer. He previously held the same job title at FunPlus and Scopely, following spells at Omnidrone and King. Voodoo also has a new head of art: Mario Garcia Arevalo. He has moved over from Gameloft, where he was art director.

Homa: The hyper and hybridcasual specialist has brought in Dean Grandquist as vice president of technology. Most recently he was senior director and technical director on Warcraft Rumble at Blizzard. Prior to that he was technical director at Scopely, and he spent 17 years at Electronic Arts, where he held a number of leadership roles including technical director and director of technology for the company’s mobile studios.

CrazyLabs: The Embracer-owned outfit has brought in Pankaj Choudhary as head of business development. He joins the studio from AppLovin, where he was head of business development, and has also previously worked at Glance, Facebook and IronSource.

Trailmix Games: The Supercell-backed studio has hired Dasha Barsky as a QA analyst. She joins the Love & Pies maker from Rocksteady, where she was a junior QA tester, and prior to that Barsky held several positions including associate director of analytics at Merkle.

Trailmix’s Barsky, Gram’s Choudhry, Sunday’s Panten, Golden Whale’s Aigner, Matchingham’s Gungordu.

Gram Games: The Merge Dragons maker has appointed Sukrit Choudhry as game design director. He joins the developer’s London office following three years as associate director of design at parent company Zynga’s India studio. He also previously held lead game designer roles at Games24x7, PlaySimple Games and Aquimo Sports.

Sunday: The German hybridcasual publisher has hired Inga-Marie Panten as product lead. She joins the Cat Escape maker from Super Spell Heroes developer Sviper, where she worked as product team lead. Previously she also worked at Tivola Games, InnoGames, Goodgame and Bigpoint.

Golden Whale: The Austrian data firm has named Thomas Aigner as senior vice president for business development. He previously served as regional director of emerging markets at Playtech, head of sales at BetGamesTV, and head of business development at Capricorn Capital Partners UK.

Matchingham Games: The Braindom and Tile Match maker has hired Yusuf Gungordu as its head of finance, stepping up from his prior role as finance manager.
