Miniclip: Following almost four years at Rollic, where he most recently served as senior monetisation manager, Rizgar Baytar has joined the Tencent-owned developer and publisher as senior advertising monetisation manager.
Rovio: The Angry Birds maker has appointed Ivana Davidov as product marketing lead. She previously served as product marketing manager at both Product Madness and Nordeus.
Ex-Zynga game designer Harshal Karvande has also been promoted, from game/product design lead to principal game/product design.

Google: The search engine giant has appointed Harsh Vardhan as a product manager. He was previously a senior product manager at both Rovio and Sony Interactive Entertainment.
Small Giant Games: The Helsinki-based Zynga studio has promoted Tuomo Kälviäinen from creative producer to creative marketing manager. He was formerly video and design lead at Seriously Digital Entertainment and head of the compositing department at Rovio.
Trailmix Games: The Love & Pies maker has appointed Matt Walsh as talent acquisition partner. He joins following three years at Sharkmob, where he held the same job title.
Fingersoft: Ville Rauma has left the Hill Climb Racing creator after an 11-year stint at the firm, more recently serving as COO.

Tactile Games: The Lily’s Garden maker has appointed Patrik Neckelmann as its new head of live ops. He joins from Brazilian developer Jungle, where he was chief product officer, and has previously held product and monetisation roles at Playwind, Wildlife, Whow, King and Goodgame.
FunPlus: Following six years at Sharkmob, where he most recently served as a principal artist, Roman Mindek has come on board as the newest art director at Studio Ellipsis.
Florent Fierval has also joined the Lisbon-based Funplus studio as a senior level artist. He previously worked as a senior level artist at Ubisoft and a senior environment artist at Quantic Dream.
Tapnation: The French hybridcasual outfit has hired Marina Roglic as its new head of ASO. She joins having previously worked as an ASO consultant and as ASO lead at Fabulous, Popcore, CrazyLabs and elsewhere.

Funday Games: Having previously led teams at the likes of Kiloo Games, BetaDwarf and Flashbulb Games, Peter Hald Rasmussen has joined the Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor maker as game director.
Almedia: The Berlin-based advertising platform has hired Joel Brodie as senior strategic partnerships. He was previously director of North American sales at Avow and director of Americas growth at GameRefinery.
Adjoe: The marketing firm is expanding in the APAC region, with new offices in Singapore and Tokyo and several new hires.
Eileen Keng has joined as VP revenue APAC, bringing experience from leadership roles at X, Chartboost, Fyber and Gogolook. Former Sony and Bandai Namco exec Daisuke Hattori is the new Japan country manager, and ex Google and Yahoo exec Satoshi Takeuchi joins him on the Japan team.
Vincent Zhang is the new senior demand partnership manager for Greater China, and has previously worked at Google, Meta, Funplus, and Applovin. New senior supply partnerships manager for South Korea, Hyemin Han, brings experience from X and Paktor.
