Lisa Spano is now Apple Arcade’s director of business management and strategy. She joins Apple after six years at Jam City, most recently serving as senior vice president overseeing research, consumer insights and more. Spano also previously worked at EA as director of its mobile consumer insights team.
Kabam’s new vice president of business development is Lennon Arcaro, who moves over from Tilting Point, where he was SVP of biz dev. He has previously worked as general partner at Vitruvius Capital, head of biz dev for Disney’s interactive experiences division and account director at Gameloft.
Over at TikTok, Assaf Sagy has become head of global gaming in the platform’s global business solutions team. Sagy moves over from his role as general manager for Israel within the same department, and he’s also previously led the commercial team for Snap in Israel. Also at TikTok, Cemre Tepecik is the new brand partnerships manager for gaming, serving DACH and NL.
Happily, multiple ex-Seriously folks continue to find new roles in Helsinki and elsewhere: Rovio has welcomed Timo Similä as its new director of puzzle analytics. He was data science director at Seriously, and previous to that Similä held a similar role at Nokia.

Making the same switch from Seriously to Rovio is Yasin Hatiboğlu, who joins as senior product manager, having previously served as senior data analyst and scientist at the Best Fiends maker.
Former Seriously player support manager Aino Kinnunen is now player experience lead at Supercell-owned Love & Pies maker Trailmix. And two more folks have new roles at Netflix-owned Next Games: Helena Tielinen is now senior UI artist, and moves over from Seriously where she held the same title, and Esa Pyykölä returns to Next Games as senior producer after three years at Seriously. Pyykölä previously worked at Next Games between 2014-2019.
Elsewhere in Helsinki, Supercell also has a new recruitment person, Mike Belinskiy, who joins from talent acquisition firm Agile Search.

This week’s batch of King newbies includes Lennart Nicolas Krebs, who joins as audio software engineer, Charoline Erlandsson as events coordinator, Idil Atasoy as partner success manager, and after King’s acquisition of Peltarion, Tosca M has become its new AI product onboarding lead and Peiman Momeni is the new operations director.
Data.ai has a new senior director of market insights, Randy Nelson. He makes the switch from fellow data firm Sensor Tower, where he was head of mobile insights.
Karla Goodman León celebrates her first year at Scopely by stepping up to become studio manager at its Parallel studio. Also at Scopely, Fantasia Waddell moves from Salesforce to the mobile publisher’s Culver City office as senior facilities coordinator.
Ivy Wong has moved from Jam City over to new studio Carbon Counts as senior product marketing manager. Wong spent five and a half years at Jam City in marketing roles, and previously worked at BlueStacks and Puma.

Kwalee has appointed Arthur Costa is the new user acquisition manager, who joins from a similar role at Afterverse. Jerrin Thomas has joined as game programmer and designer, and Emin Akben also joins as publishing manager, moving over from Yamy Studio.
At GameRefinery, Aysu Yildiz steps up from her role as EMEA head of growth to become head of new business for EMEA & Americas, and at Bidstack, Camila Franklin has joined from AdColony as COO, with Lisa Hau stepping up to chief strategy officer after two and a half years as COO.
